This year the Cadisch Group is supporting the Museum of Architecture (MoA), sponsoring their first Gingerbread City Event in December.
This winter fundraiser displays a gingerbread city entirely made up of structures designed, baked and build by some of the Country’s leading and up-and-coming architects.
We’ve previewed the structures being displayed at the event and the designs are amazing. We’ve even supplied our mesh to practices that want to achieve a congregated effect on their buildings.
Our sister company Ecoled, who supplies architectural LED products, are supplying the lights for the venue and designing bespoke linear lights to sit inside the houses, giving the city a festive glow.
The exhibition is at 10 Thurloe Pace in South Kensington and is open throughout the month of December. It’s completely free to attend and is a must-see according to Time-Out London.
The MoA is a charitable organisation set up to better connect the public with architecture. We’re also sponsoring their WellBuilt exhibition, open all this month, which aims to educate the public on how architecture can improve our lives. Click here to find out more about the Museum.
