During our 135-year history in the metal mesh industry, we have seen our own line of products evolve and transform to suit design trends and demand. In 2002 we began using industrial metals as finished architectural mesh products and since then they have been accepted into the market as bespoke alternatives to traditional building materials.
Our latest evolution for Cadisch MDA has been the finishes we apply to our already unique and bespoke built mesh products. We are committed to finding a comprehensive and diverse range of finishes to ensure that our range of architectural mesh products are the best in the industry today.
We are excited to now be offering finishes that add depth, texture, and most importantly prominence to our classic mesh styles. The available finishes vary depending on the type of mesh being used but options include powder coating, anodising, colour coated wire, galvanising and XeroTec.
XeroTec Design Finish
The XeroTec range of patinas offer the illusion of age and heritage of an aged copper or rusted Corten, but with the safety of a coated finish allowing the product to be fitted internally or externally with no effect on the lifespan. Most notably, the protective coat will stop leaching from occurring when the mesh finish is used on a building’s exterior. The XeroTec range can also help achieve wet look textures, leaf litter imaging, and even near-perfect carbon fibre match.
Our dedication to improving our product offering doesn’t stop there, however. Our range of colours, which used to only include the standard RAL range, now includes neon colours, wet look and anodised finishes.
We are confident that this is the most extensive range of finishes on the market today and are incredibly proud to be offering it. The opportunities for these new finishes are endless, so if you have a style, colour or finish that you are after then we have the means and abilities to try and achieve it.
